Description

Ritual implements found by local farmers whilst working. Traditionally the set would be placed next to a deceased farmer, to accompany them to the next world, so the can complete rituals for bringing rain to his rice crop; waisted 'rain drum', situla (pail for ritual rice wine), conical incense burner; all made from bronze. From the Đông Sơn period of Vietnamese history.
